By participating (in-person, remotely, or via the App), you voluntarily assume all risks.

• The Rehab Studio is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by our negligence.

6. Bookings, Payments & Digital Subscriptions
All sessions, programmes, and subscriptions must be paid in advance.
Digital Subscriptions / Recurring Payments:
• Recurring payments will automatically be charged according to the subscription plan selected (weekly, monthly, or annual).
• You authorise The Rehab Studio or its payment processor to charge your chosen payment method until you cancel.
• Subscription renewals are automatic unless you cancel prior to the next billing cycle.
• Cancellations can be made through your app account settings or by contacting us.
• Refunds for partially used subscription periods may be at our discretion unless required by law.
• Pricing may change with notice, but existing subscriptions will be honoured until the next renewal period.

7. Cancellations & Refunds
• In-person session cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full.
• Missed appointments may not be refundable.
• Refunds for digital programmes or subscriptions are at our discretion unless required by law.
• This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

By using our App, you agree:
• Not to share login credentials
• Not to copy, distribute, or reproduce content
• Not to misuse or interfere with the App’s functionality
